Outsourcing ServiceDesk is a strategic choice for Lyngsoe Systems. The location in Bucharest allows for the recruitment of staff with the right skills, both technical and language. At Genos, we are allowed to be Lyngsoe Systems in a safe environment. Genos ensures we cancreate the same Lyngsoe culture as in our other offices.
Inspari's interest in having a Nearshore setup was primarily due to the broad supply of skilled labor force in Bucharest. Aside from that Genos makes it effortless for us to run the administration of the setup, as we do not have to concern ourselves with tax rules and any other country-specific legislation, since they take care of all those aspects. This allows us to fully concentrate on the management tasks and our business growth. Genos has a very solution-oriented and flexible approach to our setup and they hold great insight into our business and needs - this means that we in Inspari perceive Genos more as our sparring partner than as a business partner.
EIVA uses GENOS as our outsourcing partner. We chose Bucharest in Romania as the location for our European expert help desk as well as parts of our software development team. Romania is inside EU, thus making GDRP and general legislation simple, and Bucharest has a large pool of highly talented IT people, so the choice was easy for us. We chose GENOS due to the slightly different approach – a Danish led company, making it a very good cultural fit for us - but without the admin and sales overhead in Denmark, so ultimately a very slim setup to the benefit of attracting new talent and thereby for EIVA. We have found GENOS to be an excellent partner in the search, selection, onboarding and continuous nursing of our employees in Bucharest, and we will be scaling up our activities through GENOS going forward.
