Job description
Overall, we follow common sense in SDLC and your typical work week would consist of following activities:
- Participate at requirements planning together with Product Group
- Breakdown features into work items
- Generate usage scenarios(BDD) in pair with fellow Engineers and design testing approach for features
- Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
- Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues
- Perform Functional and non-functional testing
- Ensure consistent automation of UI testing
To fulfil your responsibilities, you’ll need the following set of skills.
- 2+ years of experience web application testing
- Intermediate+ level of English
- Understanding of SDLC and different methodologies
- Experience using IDE (VS, VS Code)
- Basic Git skills
- Basic SQL skills
Any of the following would be a plus
- Basic programming skills(JavaScript, TypeScript)
- Experience working with Azure Services and Azure DevOps Pipelines
- REST API automation testing experience
- Web UI automation testing experience, preferably but not limited to Selenium WebDriver, Nightwatch, Protractor, Puppeteer, Webdriver.IO, Cypress, TestCafe or others
- Performance or Load testing experience using JMeter, Blazemeter
- Knowledge of Azure Devops tools
